Pros
The button to switch between spray modes is interesting. Another great assets is the magnetic head as well. Easy to install and use.
The magnetic attachment is helpful and makes a solid click when it connects. The magnet feels strong enough to keep the shower head in place.
Cons
Shower fixture from moen is very flimsy. It is all plastic and cheaply made. End result is a tacky looking shower fixture.

I do want to note that reviews on youtube as well on the moen site claimed that you do not need plumbers tape to connect the plastic holder to the pipe

Cons for me are the massage option is not really strong enough and does not apply enough pressure does not have the option to stop the water flow which would have been a very nice additionoverall i am satisfied but i may look at the hacks ive seen on youtube to remove a particular valve in the showerhead to increase the pressure
