Pros

The moen shower head uses a lot of lightweight metals and the finish is pleasing to the touch. The head has a strong magnet that holds it to the base so is very easy to remove and replace. The magnetic feature is so nice - just grab and go.

The button cycles through the shower options with ease. Two are high power sprays and the other four are varying watterfall effects. Easy to change modes. Fave function is the button that changes the spray type.

Cons

Ball and threaded fitting fatigues, cracks, and slowly gets worse. Bottom part of it interferes with the rest of the shower head. Moen messed up the design.

Anything plastic never works out in plumbing. Tried it hand tight without plumbers tape, it leaks. It does this because the assembly consisting of it's strainer, and gasket doesn't form a tight seal under light installation.

When tightening the metal screen cuts into the rubber washer and streams water all over. At this point it sprays water through that seam if i turn it on high. There's also mold and mildew and all kinds of * slime growing inside the shower head.

The magnetic cradle design lowers the shower head 6 inches. If a small breeze from your ceiling fan makes its way into the shower the nozzle will fall off.
