Pros

Moen tub spout and diverter for the tub and shower. It * instead of using a set screw digging into the copper tubing (no damage) unlike the plastic spout that was replaced, this one is solid metal.

Diverter works well. Easy to install. Works perfectly - no more squealing noises when the diverter is engaged. Swapped out the old with this one and works perfectly.

It's in a seldom used guest bedroom, so durability isn't an issue. Brushed nickel finish is somewhat polished and not dull like pictured.

Cons

Started dripping constantly after just 8 months. It’s very frustrating and upsetting.

My husband was able to install himself, saving us a few $$$.

This one didn't leak like the cheaper universal from a local hardware store .

A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Personally think it is over priced, but what isn't.

I purchased this and oh my, it looks very nice in our bathroom.

Overall i’m happy with it, better than the universal ones you find in the hardware store.

I like delta and american standard also, but moen quality is equal to the best anywhere.
