Pros

Outstanding product. Works fine, just wished for longer line. Nice quality.

No spotting or staining after a year of heavy use. Purchased for elderly care shower. Another will be added to the quest bath.

Moen a725orb drop ell for handheld showerhead. Holds the shower head very nicely and is easily adjustable. Matched this with 4 body jets and an 18 rain head.

Cons

Moen is a huge disappointment. Expensive and irritating. Missing shower head and hose. Parts missing…both for the install and the operation of this.
