Pros

One of the few products i’ve purchased that actually makes my life easier. Shopped all brands and in a pinch ordered this overnight. Buying this unit replaced a 20 year old moen setup.

The faucet has a pull out sprayer that can be adjusted to spray or normal. I recommend getting second hose weight or saving your old if you already have something similar so the hose retracts like it should. The sprayer works well; with two options.

The motion sensor works perfectly.

Cons

Of an entire house renovate this is the absolute worst piece of junk we purchased. Moen product inefficiency is now an additional $400. It is very poor build quality for a $600+ faucet.

The sprayer head is not even metal, it's some composite plastic. It drips right out of the box a time or two when you turn water off. The spout is also very wobbly when swiveling or pulling out the hose attachment. Sprayer pops off hose and spray ever... Read More

To be honest, this thing just really *. The lady at moen's customer service said it's a common complaint, so they even know about it.
