Pros

The faucet has a pull out sprayer that can be adjusted to spray or normal. It is sturdy, beautiful and the sprayer is great. I like that it's not a huge spray vs a more streamline spray.

I'm no plumber but after reading the instructions, it took me 90 minutes to remove the old facet and install the new one. Can't say enough about this faucet. I'm much happier with this one and consider it an upgrade.

The motion sensor works perfectly.

Cons

Of an entire house renovate this is the absolute worst piece of junk we purchased. Moen product inefficiency is now an additional $400. It is very poor build quality for a $600+ faucet.
