Pros

Moen's faucet has an extra button to increase the spray velocity. The pull down spray selector feels solid and works well. The motion sensor works well, but it's important to leave the immediate area next to the faucets free of any object.

If you can get this (if your local governments deem you worthy), and if you can afford it, i highly recommend this faucet. It gives you mobility you don't get with other faucets.

Cons

A malfunctioning motion sensor renders the whole faucet useless. A moen escutcheon costs another $30 - $50 depending on the model you prefer.

Moen motionsense is not ready for prime time. Having to go through a warranty claim on a product <24 hours from arrival is pathetic. The returnable period has past.

Buyer beware. Not impressed with this overall purchase. Don't buy from moen on amazon.
