Pros

Finish is flawless, included stainless steel lines and wrench all added to the ease of install. Looks great on my new countertop.

Great customer service from moen. Moen makes quality products and this is no exception. They also stand fully behind their products.

Cons

The finish is not consistent through the faucet. The arc of the spout was positioned only in1 corner of the sink and didnt jet out to the center. The oil rubbed bronze color on this product is inconsistant and looks poorly.
