Pros

Although it is plastic, it has a nice look to it with the chrome colored finish. The nut is metal, so need a wrench and teflon tape. The rubber spray nodules are a clever touch.

Licensed plumber here. Clogs easily in hard water areas. Water restriction piece is easy to chop out.

This showerhead works very well - there's only one spray option, but that's okay because this one works great. Allows 2. Gpm to replace a 2. Gpm showerhead. Provides a very adequate spray of water for showering.

Cons

Showers take much longer just to rinse off soap or shampoo. I understand this is supposed to be eco-friendly, but it really defeats the purpose.

Returned item. Doesn't even come in manufacturer packaging. Disappointment #2. Now they charge premium prices for made in china junk.
