Pros

Moen rain shower head is amazing. Water pressure is 55psi and the spray is soft and gentle.

Easy install, swivels a bit to allow positioning. Installation is a breeze with an adjustable wrench and pipe tape.

Cons

Only had installed for 24 hours. This has a faulty design in that the water drips out for a minute or two after shutting off water - preventing me from squeegeeing the tile below until it stops. Lasted just 2 years of daily use. In the garbage.

The lesser showerheads all began to crack and leak either around the main body or at the coupling!

I pinched it back together so now the water comes out all over the place, around the edge and so forth.

Price

I originally went with a lower cost knockoff assuming no real difference and was immediately disappointed.

Definitely worth it at just over twice the price of the others.

Competitiveness

Compared to the shower head originally installed by a contractor, this shower head has less flow and drips after the water is shut off.

I've tried the other 3 or 4 (cheaper) top 'rain shower' showerheads on amazon and they all fail in a short time.
