Pros & Cons
Pros
The finish is an easy-to-clean shiny chrome. It’s modern with a tiny twist of the old little house on the prairie flare. It has a very unique old farmhouse style that i love.
This faucet is beautiful, stylish, and large. Ymmv, pix do a good job showing the f sink well. I like the spout design which matches our bathtub f sink design.
The handle glides easily from side to side. The valve arm has a smooth action with just the right amount of resistance. The handle moves smoothly and the temperature is perfect.
This is a large faucet that will overpower some smaller sinks, though that is not always a bad thing. It is taller than the average faucet, which i like because it gives you more space in the sink.

It includes an escutcheon plate for those with three predrilled holes rather than one.
Using this faucet with an undermount sink would be best.

In fact if the sink were any smaller the optional escutcheon deck plate would not have fit although if your sink has only one hole there is no problem because then no escutcheon is needed

The faucet hole should be back at least 3 inches from the back lip of the sink if you have a choice otherwise the spout will protrude too far into the sink area
