The faucet is much more substantial then lower cost faucets.

Packaging/appearance

moen does a great job with not only their products but their packaging also.

No more chicken juices contaminating the faucet.

If you are a newb, consider a plumberthe warranty is impressive and moens customer service is superb the few times i needed them.
