Cons

Another their website. I was given an automated appointment to speak to a customer service rep 1 1/2 days after calling. It looks like i can't return it to amazon, either, i don't blame them.

Hose is too short to activate the retraction mechanism. The cartridge housing is loose. The connector is proprietary.

Every time i put something in the sink it turns on splashing me with water. The only way i can get water at my kitchen sink is from the filtered drinking spout after i turn the shut off valve back on.

Pisted me off wasted time and $ paying handy man to install and found out senor not working at all even followed instructions.

In comparing the two there is a noticable delay when using the handle to turn on the faucet in comparison to the "dumb version".
