The app is very user friendly and well designed. It is so awesome to be able to just say, alexa, tell moen to run 1 cup of hot water. Also, the powerboost is awesome.

The moen 7185evc brantford u is an absolutely gorgeous faucet. It has motion sensing and the new voice control features. Really lovely, solid faucets with quality parts.

The metal pulls down more due to the weight but it feels so much better. The chrome finish is very shiny and polished.

Hand washing function is great for kids. Sprays well. Can be used for taco making. Measurements and dumps out water as needed.

It is supposed to have technology to minimize splashing significantly while using the sprayer. The sensor on the front is too sensitive, and every time i put something in the sink it turns on splashing me with water.

The front motion sensor is unpredictable. The moving parts that should be the most sturdy in the product failing after minimal use.

The only way i can get water at my kitchen sink is from the filtered drinking spout after i turn the shut off valve back on. You still have to get under the sink with a towel to catch excess water that drips from the filter hole.

There is no easy reset you have to unplug the usb cable and the power cable (to the battery box) to reset it. Save yourself the trouble and buy a simple failsafe manually operated one.
