Cons

This validates that price does not guarantee quality. This has deceptive pictures to accompany the product. Buyer beware. V and the software show 30%. Not worth the buy.

Moen says the problem is when the spout is turned to the right, only the top sensor works. The ribbon cable (which connects the sensors to the control panel and runs inside the gooseneck tube) is being pinched. Other erratic faucet behavior happens.

When sensors fail, even the handle stops working, making the faucet useless. The motion sensor is worthless.

The faucet is too high, splashing everywhere as we use it. The fact that it has to have power just to pass water is completely insane. The design is horrible.
