After having issues with this party working we discovered the data cable that looks like a headphone jack from the faucet to the valve control box needed to be pushed in further

Id plug cables in it would turn on and water briefly came on but couldnt get motion sensors or manual valve to work

Also dont stand in front of the faucet when you first plug it in its calibrating sensors so no one should be standing at the sink when it does
