New faucet replaces our old one, which broke durinf rhe pandemic shutdown. No regrets so far.

To use it, you move the lever to the right to turn it on and you rotate it up for hot or down for cold. They provide you with a weight that snaps onto the pull down hose, which is under the sink.

The faucet is inoperable without any electric power. The handle is loose and is disconnecting from the base. I like the gunmetal cor choice, but i will certainly find that elsewhere.

The faucet, unfortunately, fits the bill. Very disappointed. Very, very frustrating. Amazon claims it has it!

Faucet is too small for a modern sink. Making it dribble (for example to fill a tablespoon measure) is not possible. No retract magnet to set sprayer back in place. In spray mode one stream goes a cockeyed direction.

The instruction manual is for moen, but the faucet is u by moen. The moen app for smart features is near impossible to download and functions poorly. Without significant updates it's just too limited to be worth the increased price.
