Moen smart faucet is an upgrade of one of their classic designs. Motion sensor works well. Only complaint is that it is battery operated.

Cons

No set screw in the gooseneck so the whole faucet wobbles. Alexa integration is terrible and most settings in app do not function properly. Faucet is not discoverable and cannot be grouped in the alexa app.

Sensor works well; sensor worked well; this is so disappointing. When using the sensor, the water flow is all or nothing. This renders the sensor functionality basically useless.

Amazon claims it has it! Save yourself some frustration and do not buy this. Overall this product is a piece of junk. Not worth the money.

The handle is loose and disconnecting from the base. It is extremely light, flimsy if you will. I like one thing about this faucet, the gunmetal cor choice, but i will certainly find that elsewhere.

There is no battery holder/connection box in which to insert the 6 d-size batteries that were included. Unplugging it and plugging it back in worked for a while, however not it just makes this noise.

Overall i'm happy with this faucet and find it a relatively good value.

For the price i paid i should’ve got a soap dispenser as well.

Decided to go with this finish, as it was a subtle matte silver and could not find an affordable bronze finish that i liked.

You have to pay almost an extra $100 for the capability to plug it into a wall.

Shipping

What i didn’t like was that it was shipped without any packing tape.

My only concern was how the product was shipped to me.

Packaging/appearance

The box it came in wasn’t even taped shut.

I forgot to check the box to ship it in amazon packaging but i still would hope that someone in shipping would have sealed the package.

I installed it with the wrong one that came in the box anyway but i'm not sure if it would cause issues long term.

Competitiveness

Not only does it work really well compared to my old blanco faucet, it's gorgeous.

The stainless finish on this faucet looks better in our opinion than other brands.

This moen has similar lines to the grohe and great reviews, so we gave this a try.
