Pros

High arc neck and almost vertical spray head orientation gives great ergonomics. The motion sensor on the faucet works well. The button to boost water pressure is my favorite thing in the world.

I almost my get this because of the price. And 2. It's esthetically pleasing. Overall, a good faucet, but not like the quality of the old grohe faucets.

Cons

I like one thing about this faucet, the gunmetal cor choice, but i will certainly find that elsewhere because by no means does it outweigh all the poor quality issues. The quality is not what it used to be.

Water pressure is very high and tends to splash you when you are trying to wash things. Creating a preset (50% flow-rate) via the app does not work. It splashes and the water is always all over the counter top.

After a while, it is unable to dispense warm water. It will run two gallons of water straight before shutting off by itself.

Packaging/appearance

I forgot to check the box to ship it in amazon packaging but i still would hope that someone in shipping would have sealed the package.

I installed it with the wrong one that came in the box anyway but i'm not sure if it would cause issues long term.

Competitiveness

I don’t think i’ll get another brand for faucets now.

The stainless finish on this faucet looks better in our opinion than other brands.

Think i prefer the "touch" models better.
