Super pleased with functionality. At least with my voice, there are some quirks with how the presets need to be named for them work. As of 1/9/2023, that issue has been fixed.

Cons

As a touch faucet it is either on or off. Making it dribble (for example to fill a tablespoon measure) is not possible. The app shows that the flow rate is at 50%, but there's no way to achieve a long-term drip.

I like the gunmetal cor choice, but i will certainly find that elsewhere because by no means does it outweigh all the poor quality issues. The handle is loose and is disconnecting from the base. Overall this product is a piece of junk.

Save yourself some frustration and do not buy this. Could have bought a less expensive faucet with no sensor. Not worth the money. Not for use under anycircumstance.

The faucet is not discoverable and cannot be grouped in the alexa app. Alexa integration is terrible and most settings in app do not function properly.

You have to pay almost an extra $100 for the capability to plug it into a wall.

What i didn’t like was that it was shipped without any packing tape.

Packaging/appearance

I forgot to check the box to ship it in amazon packaging but i still would hope that someone in shipping would have sealed the package.

I installed it with the wrong one that came in the box anyway but i'm not sure if it would cause issues long term.

Competitiveness

I don’t think i’ll get another brand for faucets now.

The stainless finish on this faucet looks better in our opinion than other brands.

Think i prefer the "touch" models better.
