Both the sensor and power cables plug in very loosely and do not have any mechanical means to lock into place. This renders the sensor functionality basically useless. Alexa integration is terrible and most settings in app do not function properly.

There was no battery holder/connection box in which to insert the 6 d-size batteries. I have to play with the knob and turn it on and off for it to eventually turn off. Factory reset, etc… still turns itself on randomly at all hours.

Prepare to splatter water all over the place. Water pressure is very high and tends to splash you when you are trying to wash things. This is very frustrating at times and wastes a ton of water.

Making it dribble (for example to fill a tablespoon measure) is not possible. The app shows that the flow rate is at 50%, but there's no way to achieve a long-term drip.

Quality

Upgrading from a simple sink to this was one of the best (and cheapest) remodeling decisions we've made in our relatively new house.

Although i haven’t yet installed this, it is quality made, not cheap materials you see in other faucets.

The wand/head doesn't lock in to the neck like most faucet heads that retract.

Power boost generates extra pressure flow in both sprayer and stream.

Price

You have to pay almost an extra $100 for the capability to plug it into a wall.

I almost my get this because of the price.

Shipping

What i didn’t like was that it was shipped without any packing tape.

Packaging/appearance

I forgot to check the box to ship it in amazon packaging but i still would hope that someone in shipping would have sealed the package.

Competitiveness

Not only does it work really well compared to my old blanco faucet, it's gorgeous.

I don’t think i’ll get another brand for faucets now.

We have other moen faucets and they aren't like that, so i'm not sure if it's just this style.

Decided on moen because it's an industry leader, my plumber also recommended it and i didn't want all of the extra features.
