Pros

The brushed nickel faucet is lovely. The water pressure is adequate from both pieces.

I love moen products and this does not disapoint. The finish is a beautiful satin nickel that's easy to clean and virtually impervious to waterspots and fingerprints. The spout and the controls feel weighty and dependable.

The moen shower combo is beautiful, functional, and well made. Makes showering more a luxury. Just make sure you get the right 1 for your situation; tub or no tub is the question.

The unit works nicely. It works great every time. No complaints. This looks and works perfectly!

It installs very easily. The manual is helpful in its numbered instructions. Installation is pretty easy and took me about 30 mins with a basic wrench and some plumbers tape.

Cons

Everytime we bump into the handheld hose, the handheld falls off of the magnet. Interior molded cardboard case was not molded for this bathroom set. Not able to replace spout due to missing internals inside spout.

This shower head is not light weight, it is very sturdy and works great!

Works great-bad pressure when both are turned on and no way to change the spray nozzle on larger shower head to compensate.

It would have been nice if the entire unit was made from a light metal.

Overall value: this shower head exceeded our expectations on every level.

I bought the warehouse version for a significant discount and couldn’t find any defects on it.

Its a little pricey but it was cheaper than lowes or home depot

It was missing the shower trim piece though so i had to spend $5 on a new on.

Shipping

Seller is also making me wait 30 days after they receive the item to issue a refund.

I also had to pay ups to ship it in an acceptable package.

Packaging/appearance

The ítem should have been sent in a box not in a plastic bag.

Item arrived in great shape with everything needed in the box except for plumbers tape.

This looks better than in the picture.

Competitiveness

I found a similar product at one of the home improvement stores, but this one was nicer and cost me a lot less, same manufacturer and all!

You have to just make sure your previous shower set is moen as well, since this is moen.
