Pros

The brushed nickel faucet is lovely. The water pressure is adequate from both pieces.

I love moen products and this does not disapoint. The finish is a beautiful satin nickel that's easy to clean and virtually impervious to waterspots and fingerprints. The spout and the controls feel weighty and dependable.

The moen shower combo is beautiful, functional, and well made. Makes showering more a luxury. Just make sure you get the right 1 for your situation; tub or no tub is the question.

The unit works nicely. It works great every time. No complaints. This looks and works perfectly!

It installs very easily. The manual is helpful in its numbered instructions. Installation is pretty easy and took me about 30 mins with a basic wrench and some plumbers tape.

Cons

Everytime we bump into the handheld hose, the handheld falls off of the magnet. Interior molded cardboard case was not molded for this bathroom set. Not able to replace spout due to missing internals inside spout.

This shower head is not light weight, it is very sturdy and works great!

Really easy ti install and the finish is great.

After the installation, we noticed that the shower head was leaking from the magnet.

They said the unit was defective and sent us a new shower head.

Overall value: this shower head exceeded our expectations on every level.

Liked the design of this product as it provides a fixed shower in addition to a hand held sprayer for a very reasonable price.

Seller is also making me wait 30 days after they receive the item to issue a refund.

I also had to pay ups to ship it in an acceptable package.

I called moen and they sent replacement pieces in 2 days.

Packaging/appearance

Plus it looks really good, complimenting our remodeled shower enclosure.

The ítem should have been sent in a box not in a plastic bag.

Item arrived in great shape with everything needed in the box except for plumbers tape.
