Pros

The moen quality really shines through from the moment you take this out of the box. The quality is top notch! There is a lifetime warranty, too.

Water pressure is on the lower side when fully on so no splashing out of sink. The spout is a bit higher than our previous faucet which is nice. Because it uses a pop-up drain you don't have to install a drain pull.

Gorgeous, fluid lines give it a feminine gracefulness. The fixture is absolutely stunning. It has a classic look that goes with a lot of different styles of decor.

New faucet and new “pop in” stopper. Water becomes perfectly ‘warm’ after hot heats up so no spending a minute or two trying to get temp at that perfect lower warm temp that i can only wash my rosacea face at.

The lever-style handles work smoothly and precisely. It works fine and is easier to actuate than a pull knob. The handles operate very smoothly and moen is one of the only brands i would install.

Cons

Otherwise the water stain is there and cannot be removed, cleaned. If there is a waterstain, it can't be removed.
