Perfect replacement for builders faucets. Works as advertised, you turn it on, using the one lever, turn it off the same way.

Cons

The size of the hot/cold water feeds are very small and and crowded with a flimsy thread rod used to secure the faucet to the sink. The drain pipe is not long enough to reach the sink trap.

Installation can be a pain as it is anchored in place by two bolts that hold it against the marble or whatever vanity

I simply took my whole vanity off the top and worked on it on the floor much easier to put bolts and nuts on and tighten

The unit is very similar to the old delta that i removed except this unit only has one cartridge to replace when it starts leaking hopefully many years in future
