My other faucets haven't done this, and i've got a mini-rester on the line (so it's not a regular water hammer issue) the veggie sprayer is very powerful if water is opened all the way.

If replacing a faucet that's been in-place for a long while be prepared for the old fittings to be a bother to loosen. Getting the old one out is usually the hardest part due to corrosion.

The moen 8707 commercial faucet is exactly as shown in the website. It was installed by the maintenance engineer at my condominium with no problems.

The included directions are good and easy to understand. Very helpful and courteous. Good instructions.

Cons

The sprayer works well but the chrome has just started to peel off in a small spot. Moen has sent me a repair kit, but in another four years or so i assume the replaced parts will also have worn out.

You had to finagle with the handle just to turn dam thing off.

And surprisingly, the price is only a few bucks more than the plastic pc of junk that i initially installed.

Bought this faucet to replace a 20 year old price pfister.
