In regard to negatives and why i rated it down a star is the pulldown faucet itself is plastic or plastic feelings it certainly doesnt feel like the rest of the faucet

My only grips is that it didnt come with a soap dispenser and a moen srs soap dispenser would run you another 70 if you want have that matching look

It took me 39 minutes start to finish to install and that is including the removal of the old faucet which was the bulk of the time and actually reading the install instructions of the new faucet

Additional notesthere are two types of lever actions based on the cartridges i would imagine the type that allows you to pick a temperature before turning on the water and the type that requires you to start from the middle setting of temp and as you allow more water you get greater temperature range
