The whole unit feels high quality and substantial. Only complain is the packaging. The chrome finish is very nice quality. This fits well with my chrome elegrant kitchen design.

Buyer beware. Their customer service is extremely difficult to reach and clearly very unhelpful. Stick with the old fashion way.

The leak at the lever was immediate. If i don't maneuver, it just hangs there like it is broken. After the installation and all of the hassle trying to rectify the issue i am a bit reluctant to remove it and return the item.

Competitiveness

We like the finish and spray pattern better the the american standard it replaced.

We had a much more expensive delta with a single lever for turning on and controlling the temperature.
