Pros
Faucet works well so far. Water flow is perfect. The weighted hose with the two pattern spray option works really well. Recommend this faucet.
Simple sleek look and prefect size. High arc pulldown feature enhances functionality. After a few weeks everyone memorized it.
Everything works seamlessly. Installation instructions are clear and you don't need any other tools but a screwdriver and a small adjustable wrench.
Cons
I don’t want to pay the plumer twice so decided to pay 60. Had to get a refund because keeps dripping when shut tap. Started leaking from articulated head.
Moen faucet is very difficult to adjust for volume of water. Faucet doesn't work on spray setting. Costs more than the product is worth by the time you pay the plumber to install.

This faucet was easy to install did what i wanted and looks nice but after two days it started to drip from the handle and leak from the pull down head
