After locating a stud with a stud finder i transferred the hole locations and drilled through the tile only with a dremel tool and diamond ball end bit slightly larger than the diameter of the screw

Then i predrilled into the stud with a bit slightly smaller than the 10 screw diameter

I had to use hex headed screws on the innermost holes as there is no clearance to use a screwdriver and necessitated using a small end wrench
