This product is amazing! And it pays for itself! It’s a no brainer. This is where the fun began. Anyways, for the 2. K it's awesome and gives you good peace of mind.
This was one of the easiest plumbing installs i’ve ever done. Once the plumbing is installed, it's pretty plug and play to replace the unit by hand-tightening the installation fittings. Not an expensive part but best for a plumber to install.
Moen app is free and easy to use. Runs a health test nightly. System has an ai that learns your usage and sources.
Usually homeowners just find out when their water heater blows off. Flo also knows which fixture is in use, though i've corrected a few of its guesses, such as when it thought a long running faucet was a shower.
The device works well in that i don't notice it's there, until i had a toilet leak that triggered a shutoff. Mine is several rooms away from my router and still gets a good signal. They even inl include a * spacer so you can check your spacing before ... Read More

I highly suggest no one buys this product. It’s crystal clear moen knows about this planned obsolescence and has decided a better business model would be to screw their customers. Will avoid all your products now.
For a $500 plus device this boarders on being a scam. I am sure moen would crib about warranty or performance id their device was not installed by licensed professionals.
The faucet filters are completely clean, but apparently this device clogs regularly. It apparently clogs often and requires full drain of your house plumbing, disassembly and reassembly.
The magnets have corroded to the point that they only intermittently are causing the water flow to be sensed. The impeller that registers water flow will fail after 13 to 15 months.
