Pros

Product makes the task idiot proof. Very pleased. Highly recommend this product.

Moen 9000 valve assemblies with drains as replacements in our main bathroom. This is the 2nd faucet we purchased for 2 bath remodels.

Moen parts are quick to attach and precise in to the measurements. Professionally installed with no problems. Connections click together easily and haven't leaked. Very easy with hose clip connections for hot and cold.

Cons

The moen 9000 valves drip after less than two years of use. The special retaining ring which holds the cartridges in the valve body is frozen in our hot water valve. Pressing the drain cover in the sink toggles between open and closed. It uses a nonst... Read More

Great quality and very easy to install.

My plumber says it is designed so that if he loosened it up, it would leak underneath the basin.

It took me at least an hour and a half to get the old system out the sink and i was dreading putting another system in by that point.

I do think they're a little overpriced though, but the quality is good.

The product is expensive however will last a long time.
