Setting up the smart function to wifi through the moen smartwaternetwork app was straightforward. Sensor is on the base of the faucet in a good spot and has a decent range to trigger it as well.

Some of the features that stand out include the powerboost button. This allows for additional water pressure to help clean some of those sunk in food stains. The sprayer also has good pressure and smooth temperature control.

Moen's lifetime warranty is bulletproof. The faucet feels hefty enough. The warranty program is very good.

Cons

It is too risky to install a smart faucet with obvious damage to the box. It is more prudent to return the item and repurchase, instead of installing to find out it fails and have to go through a warranty/replacement/new install process.

So amazon vine's offer of this moen kitchen faucet arrived just in time -- and i am exceedingly happy.

I called moen and without even requiring my receipt they sent me the new cartridge free of charge.

They even had my name and address still on record, so it was a 2-minute phone call and it arrived shortly on my doorstep.

Packaging/appearance

The complete package and a great blend between contemporary styling with modern technology in one elegant package.

It looks great with my grey granite countertop.

The box was not at all taped, looked like it could have been used or returned.
