App is easy to use and connect to wifi. Strong wi-fi signal is important to the device installation. Easy to see in the app.

Never had an issue. Verdict is still out for battery life, but it’s best to have some level of protection than none.
You have to orient it with the “water drop’ picture facing up if you want it to sense a wet floor. Configured the device to shut off the water in the event of detecting water.
Cons
Product is positioned within 15 feet of router as a test and can not maintain connection to wifi. Will not pair with iphone. Pairing problems are not infrequent. The app is awful.
