Pros & Cons
Pros
The new metal part looks a bit different than my old. Moen beefed up the design because there is more material at the area where mine had snapped in half.
Such a lifesaver. Saved the day in my kitchen, with fast delivery. And saved the cost of a plumber's service call. Delivery is way faster than the moen warranty.
Cons
It is next to impossible to change the cartridge in these types of faucets. Shame on moen for distributing such garbage. That kit only contains the d washer and a screw for $9.
Highlights
Quality
With the help of a youtube video, we had this installed in about 15 minutes.
All of the parts seemed to be same quality as what was replaced after 15yrs.
Price
I received quick to hermosillo, sonora, mexico, good price.
Packaging/appearance
Overall, this breathed new life into the faucet.
Did not want to remove the faucet.
Thank goodness i already knew how the parts fit together on the faucet.
