The old clip was bent after taking it out and this replacement worked like a charm with the moen cartridge 1222.

Must have item that doesn't some with the moen cartridge.

Have not used yet, bought as backup when needed, quality seems good, price was great also, always being prepared.

Quick overnight shipping since i stupidly dropped the original clip behind the wall.

For some reason ours didn’t have the clip and when i tried it without the clip all types of water was leaking from the faucet.
