Pros
Moen 4570 faucet repair kit.
Use either a socket or adjustable wrench & turn counter clockwise to loosen. The nut loosens up super easy.
This kit is for the monticello set which is discontinued. Blue and red pieces have groves on bottom catridge position does not matter. As long as you know the model number needed, this is a breeze to replace.
Cons
One of the pieces was not fully molded. Your only option is to live with your outdated trim, or to pay a plumber a small fortune to rip out the old plumbing.
