This is a good shower slide bar, especially if you are installing it for the first time.

Bought and returned a lesser quality assembly here on amazon as the opening was too small and parts were extremely weak.

Great product if on new construction or you are not trying to match holes.

Price

My shower looks like it got a thousand dollar makeover for a fraction of the price.

It is better for price if i get this item in canadian $$$

I likely was forced to pay more than i should have due the the need to buy the additional parts.

Shipping

I was not convenient to have to get it in the us.

After calling moen, they immediately sent replacement parts -- no hassles whatsoever.

Competitiveness

Unfortunately, moen does not sell this part independent of the full slide bar.

Hopefully i won't need to replace these in the future, but if i do, they'll be replaced by moen's products.
