Pros
Bought 2. Couldn't be happier. Wife is happy, so all is well. Made very well. Fantastic build quality. Outstanding deal for such a good quality item.
Well made, strong, with gleaming chrome finish. Anchoring is solid no wobbling. Strong material, easy and secure installation.
Cons
The towel slips right off of the hooks. More like mustard nickel. The prongs aren't quite long enough or at the right angle to securely hold a large bath towel without it periodically falling off.

Not bad the included anchor is cheap quality and didnt work with tile had to get toggle boltsthe set screw is also a bit conspicuous the screw should at least be color matched to hide it instead its a gold tone

The hooks need two screws to hold the base plate to the wall or door

Wouldnt be an issue if it was installed out of site somewhere but this was going on a wall that you see right when you walk into the bathroom
