Pros

A great upgrade to the bathroom. Classy looking and perfect for our black and white bathroom. Bought the double rod and the toilet paper holder in the same finish.

Good quality and looks sturdy. Looks great and is solid. Quality product.

The installation template is helpful for drilling. Installs neatly and easily (using the available template) and snugly (given the included plastic toggle bolts) takes about 20 minutes to install.

This one is sturdy and stylish. Construction is quite sturdy and heavy. Once installed properly, it is pretty sturdy.

Towel rack instead of double towel bar was sent by mistake. Set screw is cheap and became stripped.
