The rod that i replaced was thinner so i had to buy curtain hooks that were wider so they could fit over the rod

Neither of us wanted to try cutting the rods so we settled on this despite the fact that it would have the dreaded hump which is where he usually rips the shower curtain right off the hooks because they wont go smoothly over those humps
