Pros

This is at least sturdier than that one. The brushed nickel finish gives off a nice sheen ambience. The finish is amazing. Nice and shiny.

Was impressed by the functionality. The tissue bar raises and lowers making it easy to change rolls. The swivel arm allows you change rolls with ease while dropping bombs.

Use pivoting arm to mark the correct distance at which to install the remaining side. Check the template before drilling the holes. Anchors are a bit clunky as they are huge.

The rh holder just feels very solidly attached and overall very high quality. I like that it has a pivot bar. I love that the bar just pivots up and back down.

Cons

The screw heads fit none of the hundreds of drill bits we own. Difficult to install. A serious pain in the *.
