Pros
Installation is a piece of cake- nicer than hardware from the big box stores. Good quality, sturdy, easy to install. Well built and sturdy.
Product was packaged well, no damage. Product is exactly as described and pictured. Came in original packaging.
Wanted something nice for our newly refinished bathroom. Bought to match bath towel rack, faucet, and light fixture.
There was no rough use on this holder. Only minor complaint is that it juts out from the wall 3.
Cons
Not the easiest to install and sticks out from the wall way too far. Didn't have packaging so unable to return it.
