Pros

It is unique in that it has a pivoting arm, that goes up and down to hold the roll, like a railroad gate. Use blue painters tape to tape template to mounting surface before punching holes.

Moen retreat collection is attractive sturdy and durable. Very sturdy and very easy to install.

Matching style matches my squared edges towel racks.

Easy to install and looks good. I know people have complained about width and installation.

Bar lifts up that holds it. Nice toliet paper holder and no spring holder in the middle. Love the flip up design.

Cons

Toilet paper holder does not fit well on the brackets that are provided with the toilet paper holder. This requires catching a stud or good quality anchors. Also the hex screw makes it hard to mount.
