Designer by trade but don't have the budget my clients do so i love when i find something that looks expensive but isn't. That speaks volumes. Highly recommend it.

The pivoting action to replace the paper roll is great! Easy flip up design to change rolls. The best news about this is it will hold the monster jumbo-mega charmin rolls with ease. This pivoting arm is so much easier to use.

    Make sure you dont screw the brackets too tight against the wall

    Leave a little bit of looseness otherwise its really tough to tighten the very small screw to finish the install
