The box was ripped and damaged, and upon opening it it was carelessly packed in the box. Contacted moen for product replacement to no avail. Turns out the motionless model is the more expensive one that is around $250.

The moen we bought from amazon was a real bargain, easy to install, and it even delivers hot water more quickly than the old one.

There's a reason why junk is 1/3 the price of quality.

This moen kitchen faucet was on sale at slightly over 50% of the retail price.

Shipping

Customer service was amazing,and within a very few days my faucet was working like new again.

We had to wait weeks for the shipment but we knew that prior to ordering.
