Pros

The faucet fits perfectly on old valve assembly using moen 106378 stm ext. The drain plug is very unique. Pretty expensive, but still cheaper than lowes or home depot. Nice looking fixtures.

The look is sleek and appealing. Looks great. We're confident will stand the test of time.

Easily unscrew the old faucet and screw in the new in less than 10 minutes if you have moen and do not need a new valve.

I found this same set for $15 cheaper from a third-party seller 2 days later on amazon, which is pretty frustrating.

The price though, i purchased the oil rubbed bronze, and that one is never discounted.

I’ve seen a lot of other fixtures at ferguson’s for four times the price that doesn’t even look as nice as this one.

I ordered the moen stem replacement kit ($11 on amazon) and replaced the stems so that the handles would fit.
