Pros
Moen gxb75c is much quieter than other garbage disposals. Even though it's only 1/2 hp it seems to get the job done well. Moen is a great brand. The only other place u can get a good disposal for about $100 is costco.

Cons
The disposal leaked profusely all inside the new kitchen cabinets. After inspection, taking it off, re-doing the putty, affixing it again-still had leaking issues. The casing was damaged.
You can clearly see a trail of water leading from inside the body of this unit to a droplet; this becomes profuse when draining the sink. I reset it but who looks under the sink filled with items. The unit was returned and replaced.
This thing is loud and disgusting. It's pretty noisy too.

Our garbage disposal started to leak from the bottom but, it was 16 yrs old.
It actually froze up twice, but i was able to unstick it with a tool purchased on amazon.

It was a great price and i was able to install it in the sink using my old flange which saved some time installing.
Bought at prime day with a very good price!
They over priced customer for the installation.
But you really only run garbage disposal for a few seconds so for the price it doesn’t really bother me.

After doing additional research and reaching out to moen i was even more surprised at this low-price amazon has.
The sound is also very low comparing it to my old one and the other one that i replaced.

You could also use a different standard splash guard coming from your old garbage disposal or it can be found for a few bucks
