The finish is flawless and literally sparkle when wiped off. Easy to install, even for me. Installed by professional plumber.
Cons
Water drains slowly and soap suds don't drain at all. The stopper barely opens and there is only one adjustment for it.

Packaging/appearance
The polished brass faucet was packaged in a manner that allows the bare polished surface to rub on the cardboard packaging.
The moen packaging needs to be improved.
Competitiveness
Easy to install and matches an other fixtures.
That greatcustomer service is the reason we we decided to stick with moen.
