Years ago i did swap out the moen shower head in my house for a pretty inexpensive 5 actually showerhead that outputs 2 gpm

That cheap showerhead has nice flow too but it just doesnt have as wide of a spray pattern

I had some remnants of teflon tape remaining from my old head not sure it was necessary but it hasnt leaked

One weird thing is that it can make a weird noise when starting the shower i assume thats air clearing out didnt seem to affect anything

Ideally youll be able to position it so the water is falling straight down

Installing was very simple just screwing it on to the end of the pipe in the shower
