Pros & Cons
Pros
The brushed gold appearance is attractive and the unit is not blemished by any levers, branding, or other items. The gold matte finish is bright and durable.
Once installed its hard not to be impressed by the copious amounts of water flowing through this thing. The pressure is great so it pushes water through all the holes without the water sagging. The water streams are larger and softer and i can also ge... Read More
My favorite shower remains that from a solid 1920s porcelain shower head that probably runs through about 4gpm. The shower head has a lifetime warranty against leaks and drips from the shower head, but i still used teflon tape on the threads.

Cons
Review is less-than-stellar. Hard water deposits cripple these shower heads over the course of 1-3 years.
Highlights
Quality
The quality is amazing, moen is a trusting brand.
Brilliant product from moen with quality that is sure to last for years.
Both are quality made rain shower style heads rated at 2.
I tested it with the flow restrictor and without.
Price
I believe the price is worth it in this case as this shower head will last for years and years to come.
Packaging/appearance
The pressure is great so it pushes water through all the holes without the water sagging.
I prefer the water pattern from the hansgrohe over this moen.
Competitiveness
Moen brand is simply well-made, high-quality products.
It feels much more like a pleasing rainshower than the moen does.
It might be better in a traditional ceiling-based rainshower application.
If you want to try an even more immersive experience, you might consider the hansgrohe competitor with the 3-way raindance pattern instead.
